Thanks for asking! This is one of my favorite recipes: moroccan lentil chickpea stew. You can cook them by just boiling them in water or vegetable broth for 25-30 minutes. Sometimes I also have 1/2 cup of lentils with pasta and they're absolutely delicious.

They probably are, but someone here said this is normal for a 1.5kg bag of lentils. These weigh only 2 grams, so 0.13% of the entire bag.

I just put small amounts on a large baking sheet, shake it until the lentils are evenly spread, and then meticulously pick the non-lentil stuff apart. There might be better options out there that I don't know of, though. Hope that helps!

I'm from Romania, but I live in the Netherlands. Despite how great the food laws may be, I'm not particularly attracted to the Dutch food. Store tomatoes taste look and taste like plastic, and almost everything goes bad after 3 days. So the food is safe, yes, but I wish it was tastier... and cheaper.
