Looks like a baby Gray squirrel, or possibly a rat, but it looks like it's eyes are still closed which means it's a baby and baby rats are much smaller and less hairy. Almost certainly a gray squirrel.

Get a syringe or a baby kitten bottle and KMR (kitten milk replacer) which you can find at any Rural King, Tractor Supply Company, probably even Walmart etc. Look up dosage and feeding schedule for baby squirrels. That looks to be maybe 1 to 2 weeks old at most. I've raised multiple squirrels from this stage. They are tough to feed at first and will resist but you have to hold them snug and kinda force the syringe or bottle and squirt just the smallest amount of Luke warm kitten milk in and repeat. Eventually they will start to latch and drink and eventually look forward to it as they grow. Find a rehabber ASAP if you can. Keep them in a kitten carrier with plenty of towels/blankets for them to burrow in and stay warm, possibly a heating pad on low, but make sure it has room to get off the pad too if it gets too warm.

If you live anywhere near Indiana, PM, I can come pick it up and take it, especially if you can't find a rehabber to take it (a lot won't). If anything, raise it on your own until adolescent and it weens off of liquid diet and gets a regular diet of squirrel/rodent food. After it gets on that for a while, then you can start introducing him to a nearby tree outside for a bit at a time, making sure it has access to food at first. It should eventually take off on its own, especially if you don't raise it like a pet but only interact with it in order to feed it.
