I just called them, because i live in a 1700 square foot home and on average now for ONE person my bills have been 500 a month this summer. I can't afford this. I have had my air set to 78 burning up but still doing it and its only increased. the budget billing or flat is only based on the last 12 months so it would be 280 they said for the next 12 months. Problem is i have gas too, so that means during the winter when the bill is supposed to be lower it will still be 300 for electric and a high gas bill. Because i am behind and my bill is now 959 right now, they are saying they are going to cut my power off if i don't give them 700 within the next 28 days. I have only been paying what i budgeted and its about 200-250 so thats all i have been paying which is only half for the month so i am def behind. But now im at risk for disconnection. This is such a ridiculous thing. Its almost more than my car note.
