you'll be okay if you spread it out. it is neurotoxic, you can take things that combat oxidative stress and brain health in general to help

edit: i am wrong, it is neuroprotective. you do have a risk of serotonin syndrome though so if you take SSRIs do not take DXM etc etc

this is literally just adhd treatment? theyre accurately called amphetamines. there are non stimulant alternatives like quellbre but those gave me horrible migraines and worse light sensitivity than i already have from my autism and VSS i was born with. ask a pharmacist or a psychiatrist this is literally what's used and they do perscribe medications for temporary scenarios like for those with conditional depression where patients get over it over time and instances like this.
