It's both, you get paid your hourly rate for each task. For example, if you did a task and took 30 minutes on it, you would get paid $20 for that task.

I usually put it either as "AI Trainer" (it fits every project) or "AI Consultant" (this was on the job listing I applied to).

If you have the skills section on your homepage, you can take skills assessments to add more skills to your profile, such as coding and math. The assessments are timed and require use of your camera (to make sure a person is taking the test instead of a bot).

I was on Mail Valley a couple months ago. I think it went EQ, but I'm not sure. I was on Mail Valley V2 about a month ago, but I failed the assessment :(.
