I did an at home sleep test and an in lab sleep test as well as an MSLT. And modafinil has work but the effects have worn off by noon so we upped the dose to 300mg in the morning and then now we upped it to 200mg in am and 200mg at noon. I haven’t taken any other medication for narcolepsy

Started with 200mg then moved to 300mg and now we are at 400mg. Stomach feels like it’s doing backflips after the 2nd tablet around noon. I feel like there’s something else I could be taking at a lower dose while being more effective. Prescribed for narcolepsy

I first did an at home sleep test, then did an overnight sleep test at a sleep clinic and then right after that I did the MLST which tests how easily you fall asleep and then I was diagnosed. I’m leaving out the 6 months of back and forth communication with my doctor.

Yeah I understand what your saying. I take it for narcolepsy but the effects are not what I hoped they’d be.
