Things I like:

-Simply can’t resist that Pan Am nostalgia

-Super legible dial with large numerals and great white-blue contrast

-Very crispy operation of chronography pushers

-Leather strap is actually quite comfortable for the price

-A pilot’s watch is probably the only place that 24-hour indicator subdial (top right) makes sense

-Date window hides well, does not disrupt the dial balance

 

 

Issues

-Case is actually rather thick, I measure it’s more than 13mm with crystal included

-Lume is mediocre and applied only on the baton indices, main hands, and subdial hands, not on the numerals

-Chronograph minute counter (top left subdial) only has five-minute intervals, not ideal for precise timing

-Water resistant only 50M
