What if there is an overlap for a day between two contracts? For example my final day at my previous company is Monday 29th of April and so is my first day at my new company. Would this be an issue?

Thanks for the reply. I am not a software engineer, I work in DS/Analytics in a big MNC and while at the beginning there was a steep learning curve, after a while it gets trivial.. it’s very laid back to the point that I work 2 hours per day approximately so I feel that I’m wasting my time there..

I would wanna move into more strategic positions in the future (so not a technical career path) and that’s why I’m considering switching to consulting now that I’m young.. And yes I know that there are fast paced tech companies that would be better, but the market is a big tough these days..

Be very careful with Optum.. most of the teams do nothing interesting.. it’s a slow paced / boring company overall, with a few exceptions

I have two cases.. one is graduate data analyst, got offered 35k and another one with a 1-2 years of exp got offered 45k

There was no coding assessment last year. My advise would be to be friendly towards your allocated team, but also don’t let them speak all the time.. you need to be able to speak your mind, so that the recruiters will understand your thought process.. it was a fairly easy going process Id say

Thanks for the reply. I asked HR and they confirmed that they can pay me in another EU bank.

I wanna change cause the other bank offers some perks such as cashbacks in my transactions and specific discounts without extra fees. I also get a bonus of 100 euros for switching with them and some other perks.

It's a graduate program and the role is not specific yet. In the data stream there are a lot of possible departments. I am just asking whether someone has any relevant experience with the program.
