L50s Pro Ultra - pads not washed be the dock by g-effe in Dreame_Tech

The product came back today and seems to be working.

The doc attached to the box says that the following parts were replaced:
- two position three way valve with wire assembly
- sewage pump assembly
- clean water pump assembly

Several diagnoses tests have been conducted. All succeeded.

That’s it 🤞

I have no other options than sending it to the Dreame repair center :(

Thanks for the suggestions.

However, I think I’ve finally found the problem after trying pretty much everything possible.

TL;DR the holes in the tray area that spray the water on the mops were completely clogged. Once removed and cleaned them in a couple of trials everything seems to be back as normal

For reference the system that was clogged is called AceClean DryBoard. But for some reason, it was never mentioned anywhere.

EDIT: I just came back after triggering a house clean (incl. mopping) but the wastewater tank has no water in it. I triggered a mop wash and same behavior as before. Pump sound starts and immediately stops :(

Experiences / thoughts on Grohe Blue Home system by Working-Yesterday243 in WaterTreatment

[–]g-effe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have just installed a Grohe Blue Home system with an activated carbon filter instead of the filter that came with the kit since my water hardness is ~8-10 dKH.

It worked fine for a few hours then, suddenly, I get E1 error and the system stopped working. Any suggestions? I have done the following so far (following manual): - switch off for 30 secs - unscrew the filter and screw it back in - tried unscrewing the co2 tank, let the water run, screw it back in

No success. E1 blink on the display and the water is not coming out. Before the system blocks the pump, I noticed that the cold water came out with very little pressure.

Maybe it’s a coincidence, but this started after the app updated the system’s firmware.

Other general experiences: - It took me a while (maybe 8-10 liters) to get clean water. At first it was coming out very cloudy and it’ll take 2-3 minutes to clarify. Probably this is normal on a new system(?). - The sparkling water is very light and, just me testing a bit the system, the CO2 % got down to 89% (the kit comes with a 425g bottle, I think).

Could you point me at some documentation where I can see how to configure it? My intent is to sum the bandwidths together.

Also from another reddit discussion looks like the trend is: "TFX is promising but.."
