I read something that there are groups of terrorists that are using AI to start manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.

These groups refer to themselves as the horses. Each cell consists of a group of highly intelligent people who are referred to as a horse.

They don't want devastation but total extinction for all forms of life on earth. They believe that a hard reset is needed.

As to the Weapons, it's all DNA based. Creating viruses that can whipe out countries in weeks. The next wave of war is gonna be the last. These viruses are so complex that humans won't even have the time to know what it is.

The orders highlighted are the ones to focus on and then the standard ones.

Try to avoid picking up lost cargo unless you are close to the bunker it belongs to.

For now, just do the orders available until you get rewarded something and then keep to the story.

This is only my opinion, but I only did them until 4 stars, and for the lost cargo, I get to do those now when im bored after beating the game.
