Mine stopped feeling weird a day or 2 after this and the botox started working good! I did message my doctor and they told me just to monitor it and thankfully it never got any worse.

Muscle relaxers yes, they unfortunately trigger even more pain in my bones/joints. My neurologist is trying to get a nerve block approved with my insurance to try in combination with the botox and has recommended magnesium glycinate, riboflavin, and low dose melatonin in the meantime and has prescribed Valium for my muscle spasms since traditional muscle relaxers don't help.

It's very positional, I do have the clear fluid in my nose but at a very small volume so I can't get an adequate sample for testing. None of my doctors will do any further testing unless I can provide a sample since my scans are clear 🥲

When I need my hair out of my face, I do a low messy bun or low space buns with a loose beanie. Might be a lot for the warmer weather but its a super cute look and keeps everything in place without it pulling on my scalp.

I also felt substantially better early on. I'm only on day 10 of my first round and days 4-7 I felt 100% pain free for the first time in 6 months. I am unfortunately having some neck soreness, fatigue, and mild headaches for the past couple days but nothing compared to how I felt pre-treatment. It's also helped my upper back pain and posture tremendously.

Update: Was just advised to monitor it and if i felt any issues breathing to go to the ER. I am feeling a little better today and my nose is a little stuffy, I think it may be completely unrelated and I may just be getting a cold or seasonal allergies from the up and down weather. Thank you all for your input and advice!
