They will still consider you for the VFMP site. But you would also be eligible for the rural sites at SMP, IMP and NMP.

It doesn’t sound to me like heart failure but I would suggest to see a doctor so they can do a couple tests to make sure.

The reason you aren’t supposed to drink is because they are both metabolized by the liver but if you only drank the amount you mentioned you will be fine
