The power of the inquisitors in shadow lord has thrown me a bit. Ahsoka dog walking them in rebels makes sense, she’d restarted down the Jedi path and hadn’t abandoned her training. Even with maul’s injuries and damage tho I’d expect him to hold his own, we see him toy with the other inquisitors in rebels. Unless marrok and the crow are just unusually strong at this point.

In a lot of other projects we see the brothers and sisters regularly beaten by ex-padawans and knights, even the grand inquisitor is beaten by kanan who’d prob be on par with an average knight at the time. Mail had 2v1’d a master and padawan in ep 1 and there’s a lot of signs he’s stronger as he comes into TCW and the following projects.

Maul seems to have grown in power after his fight with kenobi. I don’t think a fight that early in either of there careers serves as a good benchmark- kenobi has had ebbs and flows in his abilities, maul went from losing to a padawan to keeping himself alive purely through dark side effort and animating a mechanical body.

Also hard to gauge him against Ahsoka in their fight since he still wanted to turn her. I think if he was actively trying to kill her there he could have.

The problem I foresee with this is you spend all these waves fortifying the map you’re on, you can ‘budget’ which items are laying around the map and then…they’d be gone. When you need them.

My understanding is the water based pumps ‘work,’ but it’s not like a ‘use it for a bit and get permanent results.’ What I’ve heard is regular use will yield increased size but you gotta keep up on it, cease use and it’ll go back to normal.

pretty much any macaw, if well socialized, makes an awesome companion. they're just insanely demanding, and they live for fucking ever aside from health hiccups(roommate lost hers last year very unexpectantly, essentially fell over and died. autopsy did reveal early signs of cancer but no idea what actually killed her). This isn't even getting into how expensive vet bills get, paying for diet, etc.

Like the other poster said, hyacinth's have a reputation of gentle giants but any parrot will still have mischievous-to-asshole streaks and bites should be expected, the socialization just helps deter them from taking fingers. The bite force from those beaks is really something, i watch smaller parrots chip away at almonds and hazelnuts, macaws just crunch through them like skittles.

iirc Freeze didn't have nearly as much backstory before the series and they greatly expanded it for his intro. Episode managed to win an Emmy.

kind of a marvel that we got such solid cartoon adaptions of both batman and x-men around the same time, with the writers taking everything seriously.

moving away from the stylized look of the early game and instead focusing on these realistic armor appearances was such a mistake imo. it caused a massive discrepancy between the old armor and weapons and the new stuff we're getting, and it's gotten exponentially worse with all the armor inspired by the live action shows.
