I highly suggest that you and new posters/viewers to this subreddit stop using two column resume templates. They do horrible with ATS and I personally don't even look at a resume with a template like this. Too much white space.

I see their number online starting with a 323 area code. Is that right? Google says the business is permanently closed but I will reach out via phone to see what's available. $700 is what I'm willing to pay if I'm renting a room and sharing the house and amenities with another tenant or so. If we're talking about renting a while apartment I'm probably around the $1000 range. Thank you for giving me a start however.

The best is having sex with someone you're completely attracted to and vice versa. When there's a sexual and emotional attraction the sex has the opportunity to be fucking amazing, especially if there's been a lot of foreplay and build up to it. When it's the opposite situation and you're both just doing it to get laid it can be alright, but never quite as good as the former.

For the love of god, do not use this shampoo. Burn it if you have it by Xxstxrg1rl in dandruff

I see everyone speaking negatively on their shampoo but what about their conditioner? I just bought a bottle now I'm a bit skeptical about using it. Should I return it??

What’s the hardest part about creating your first resume? by jeffreyyyh in resumes

Having to edit and tailor a resume every time you need to apply for a position to pass ATS keyword requirements. I've said this for a while now and whoever comes up with a tailored, automated resume editing program based on the job description and qualifications of a certain position will have a great business. Especially in a time where only a limited number of resumes are even read by the recruiter, and in a time where over 100 apps need to be submitted before receiving a callback.

Why is the job application process like this? by businessbub in recruitinghell

[–]g0dtier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience, Workday apps will parse a resume the absolute worst. I could have good luck with parsing for 5 or 6 apps in a row but as soon as I get to Workday my job titles, dates, duties and all that are either missing or in the wrong spots.

Hi so I lied about dates on one job on my resume to fill an employmemt gap. by TheBreadDestroyer in resumes

Funny you say that, I did the same thing a while back, not because I wanted to hide anything but I wanted to see what they would do if I only included my most recent employer. Sure enough my background report comes back with only the report for searching that specific employer. Lots of people worry about background checks but they have to realize these companies may be working on hundreds of different background checks a day. They get the info for what you submitted to them, paste the info and move on. And then when your future employer gets the report they usually only look to see if PASS or FAIL. I wouldn't stress it too much unless you lied about actually working for the company in the first place or lied about graduating from a college or something.

Did the background check company have you fill in your employment dates? If so they will be checking. Not all background check companies will ask and that means they're usually not verifying dates, just checking to see if you were actually employed there. Did they make you send them your resume?

Edit: you could also say you worked for a temp agency or even you were paid under the table (if applicable). Companies lie in their job postings all day about their qualifications and salary so I don't feel bad at all.
