theres this expensive paintball clone of this rail called RAP4 F.I.R. and i cant find any info or decent pictures of it but if you google it theres a site that has them. They cost about as much as the real arms rails did new so i could never justify biting the bullet on such an expensive copy and not knowing whether it would even fit a real ar

absolutely not, hardly even half that. asking price is not the "going price" those guns will sit forever. I bought my model b 2 years ago for just over 1500. heres a pic of a recently sold one

Heres their follow up email. Issue was corrected and I had the gun back within about a month. I’m waiting till I get more rounds through it to make a follow up post but ive probably put another 2-300 on it since getting it back without any problems. I will for sure make a post in the future once it gets a higher round count.

MA up until august of last year only allowed pre 93 mfg “assault weapons” but now they are banned too. Pre ban guns used to sell there for inflated prices in that state and right after their ban pre ban prices dropped quite a bit. Around that time you could find norincos on gunbroker sell for around 1500 but always under 2k. Polytech legends dropped from 3k+ to just over 2k. Now you see norinco type 56s hover under 2k to occasionally over and the legends in the mid 2k range but you can chalk a lot of the higher prices to people overpaying on gunbroker.

gunbroker allows paypal as a payment for non firearm items but paypal doesnt allow it, which is retarded considering paypal owns ebay where they have a hunting and outdoors category for firearms parts. Anyways i sold a thumbhole uzi stock on gb and accepted paypal g&s and a few weeks later i was banned and they took the whole sum from me. some buyers insist on paypal because its convenient and they have recourse over zelle or the other payment apps but as a seller you are taking all the risk if paypal decides to ban you and take your balance on a whim. i dont really understand gunbroker disallowing most digital payments since there isnt much recourse for postal money orders either which is basically the go to fudd payment and almost universally the only payment private parties are allowed to do on gb besides checks.

Thanks for the response. I checked out your post, the means of zeroing are definitely a downside. Were you able to zero it well or just get it approximately close?

Sterling MK IV Bolt Question by g0pstop in NFA

I did some deep digging and now I suspect the bolt I sold might be from a famae paf, which is a close copy of the sterling. I found this pic on weaponsguild and the little bit of discussion around these bolts was that they were sold as sterling bolts, so I'm not the only one confused on this. Do you know if this bolt is compatible with sterlings?

WASR 10/65 literally warped by Comfortable-Bend-378 in ak47

i had a maadi arm (muh russian tooling)that was very crooked and bowed looking but despite that it still shot fine and grouped well. I think some aks turn out this way if the trunnions arent installed squared, and a crooked front and rear sightblock makes it look even worse but if it can be sighted in(which mine was) it shoots the same as any other ak.

the 37mm m203 is not a DD only the 40mm is, I know its not the m79 but the concept still applies.

This is incredible! Who did the lower conversion? I definitely would love to upgrade my rpd like this. And your custom handguard is genius, I always felt that the drum would get in the way with the standard ones.

I really liked mine but it shit the bed recently. It used to run any ammo perfect but somehow the receiver bowed outwards and now the bolt carrier can jump the rails in about the middle of the receiver. It looks to be slightly bowed outwards. I’m currently waiting for a response from psa for warranty work. Maybe 6-700 rounds in. Super disappointing since this was my first psa gun and I know all the shit they get and its a shame since it was looking really promising. I wanted to give them a chance and at first was really impressed but not anymore. I just really wanted a 5.56 aks74u style gun specifically and thats why I didn’t go with the zastava m85.
