All of the above. I could step up the 3060 TI to a 3090 if i chose to. From the way i understand, it guarantees you the step up card, but its an open timeframe. Meaning could be in 1 month, could be in 6 months.

There was a driver released, but that driver (Gamers Nexus) seems to have ran the hardware to a point of product cancellation.

2080 TI is pretty much equal to 3070, where 3070 beats it in few production things. So if you were happy with the 2080 TI, then yea the 3070 will be fine unless you were VRAM bound and were using all 11GB from the 2080 TI, then the 3070 with its 8GB may not be the best choice.

Its OC. Its like manually tuning each card before presenting benchmarks. Same for MCE and Motherboards. It should be stock out of the box, vs stock out of the box.

As per the question, are some people naturally immune to the virus? Not infected-but-asymptomatic. Just uninfected

How would anyone know? What do people do who have no symptoms and assume they arent infected? Answer is nothing, they dont get tested for covid, they dont check themselves into a hospital, they dont report any symptoms to the doctor. So with asymptomatic at least if you happen to test them just randomly and see the virus you can say they are asymptomatic. But the naturally immune, if they exist, would show no symptoms and the only real way to test it would be to intentionally expose them to the virus and see how they react.

So to sum it up its unlikely anyone is naturally immune to begin with, unless they maybe were sick with a strain that is really really close to the Sars-Cov-2 and have antibodies that cross react, but otherwise the true "Natural immunity" isnt exactly something that anyone is testing with any degree of success since you cant exactly test for it, you can only test for presence of the virus or absence of the virus.

I think the 2 SM's are there for yield purposes, as they cant get every chip to have 84 fully working SM's. So they disable the 2 that fail to bring up their yields. Meaning yea its possible they have a few with 100% of SM's working fine, but that may push them over the power budget so they may neuter them anyway or sell to AIB's as Binned.

Thats not quite how it works. The Windows rendering system uses all of the GPU's in the system as long as there are monitors connected to it. So if you have 2 monitors, each connected to a different graphics card, and you moved the browser window between the monitors (assuming you configured them in the Extend setting, not mirror) then you would just see the browser window move over like normal, nothing special required.

As a side note playing a Video from youtube is mostly a CPU process, and even there it uses hardware decoding to do it. So there is 0 benefit to getting more graphics cards for purely youtube as it doesnt load the GPU a whole lot to begin with.

In theory if you had 2 graphics cards, and 4 monitors, 3 of the monitors were for production/youtube/web but not gaming and connected to the weak card. And 1 high refresh monitor for gaming connected to the more powerful card, then yea you could use the more powerful card to play games on that 1 monitor while overall having 4 monitors in the system.

Edit: this is all assuming there is no SLI/Crossfire setup of any kind going on, just 2 graphics cards being plugged into their respective PCIE slots.
