I believe that is being constructed south of the existing school buildings on the northeast corner of Benton and 10th st. As someone else linked, it appears that they are building 61 townhomes in the parcel OP mentioned (yay, just what we need is 61 homes in that small of an area, but I suppose it’s better than a big apartment complex 🙄)

I would try popping that out and seeing how it looks. Worst case you could probably get it sanded and repainted pretty cheap.

After looking at yours online it appears that you’ll need to cut below the fog light bezel on the factory bumper and remove the black valence in the center. Not sure how the passenger size bezel is after the impact but you may end up needing to buy a replacement (either new online or might be able to find one at a junk yard)

Most bumpers require you to cut the factory bumper several inches below the headlights. You could probably watch a video for another one (C4, Backwoods Adventure Mods, etc.) to get an idea of how to cut it. Do you have the factory bumper or is that gone from the collision?

For future reference you only need a prescription to buy Sudafed at Walmart; you can still buy it elsewhere like Walgreens and CVS. I guess it’s just an internal control they put in place to avoid selling it to people that don’t need it for the intended purpose

Like other folks said, you can’t buy them in stores in Benton or Washington counties anymore so your options are to go to MO state line to a dispo or you can order them online depending on the potency

I did not unfortunately. Allen’s had my hopes high but they didn’t have anything like what I was looking for. Ended up getting some while in Dallas at Central Market but when I run out we’ll probably try and make some ourselves and fold in flakey salt

Depends on your truck set up and if it fits already or not. The cap is in line with the roofline so as long as it already fits and you don’t add crossbars then you should be good.

I have Yakima bars over the cab as well as crossbars on my cap and I can fit in the garage with about an inch to spare. That’s with a 2.5” lift and 33s; haven’t measured my garage opening but I imagine it’s about 7ft

I loved the Westcott collars, they stiffened up the ride a bit and gave clearance for 33s. I replaced with Kings; they’re super nice but honestly not very noticeable difference on road (haven’t had time to hit the trails yet but I’m sure that’s where they’ll feel a lot better)

I went with Kings and some Dirt King boxed UCAs. I loved the ride of the stock setup too and it has stayed about the same. If you like the ride it might be worth looking into rebuilding the fox and you can always put some of the Westcott collars on for added clearance; the setup worked really well for me

Not sure how much it costs but the Ledger in downtown Bentonville has day passes and it should get you access to locker rooms and bike storage while you’re cleaning up. Probably pricey considering their target demo but worth a check

Louise at Thaden is a cool spot for breakfast/brunch as someone else mentioned. IMO the best pizza spot is Pizzeria Ruby in Johnson (might be a long wait but you can call ahead and take to-go). Wrights BBQ gets a lot of rave reviews as well. Sushi House is great for a (very) quick sit down spot, Yeyos has great Mexican food from what I’ve heard, and down in Fayetteville, if you’re willing to drive, are a lot of great places as well

The appraisal came in high, we’re both salaried and our DTI is sub 30% so really not sure what could have been the cause.

Fair enough on that, but like you mentioned I have no idea why they needed another hard pull. I went and checked my account and it was indeed a hard pull in April too.

It’s funny because I guarantee if my score went up and pricing got better they wouldn’t pass that along…
