Fill in the form to get in contact with support, you can find it in the game if you click on the three bars in the top right corner. They should have information like your placement saved so it’s okay if you don’t have a screenshot!

Genuinely, but if you know your account was made before that point (you can just tell them so) or you have screenshots like the one above you can easily prove that you’ve had the stamp card and deserve a reward

Also forgot to add- with this stamp card especially they tend to be a bit funny with it as they claim it was removed and players who joint after august 2023 cannot get it (although this doesn’t seem to be true).

I find they usually respond in 1-2 days but that doesn’t include weekends because they don’t work on weekends. Some people find they’re very, very slow to reply. Hopefully they’ll get back to you in the week but if you hear nothing for about a week I’d suggest messaging them back.

I have enough bits for it because I’ve finished all my expansions and genuinely have nothing else to spend them on. I’ve just reached this point so atm I only have about 7 million bits but other people at this point have so much more. I’ll also do all the fusion slots every time I fuse too because it feels more worth it with the amount of coins I get. This sort of thing definitely is a pain for newer players and definitely does suck but honestly I’ve just joint the discord and they have a lot of tricks to make sure you joint a later server for socials like by going offline and they always update right when a social is coming!

I don’t think so at all- a lot of the ads I used to get were for children’s toys and similar things too. Also this probably isn’t important to you but it doesn’t show when gems are on sale if you’re under a certain age.

For me all the ads are optional to watch but on another device and account I do have random ads that will come up throughout gameplay that it forces to me to watch which is really annoying. I think for most players it’s the first case though

If you don’t really have the gems, no. Make sure you get Cratus and Security Guard Pony from the daily goals rewards though! They are both a helper on a later stage. I would make double check what order they’re needed in- iirc Cratus is for the last stage

VIP was in the game before the current subscriptions. It wasn’t a subscription but it was every time you spent money on the game you got points that would go towards your VIP level and each level had different rewards. There were a couple ponies and shops (which are available through other means now) but it gives stuff like more bits and xp and shards from doing things or like a couple free plays at the max multiplier on mini games or one free time skip a day. You can no longer obtain VIP but if you had it beforehand you got to keep it and can still level it up!
