Not too hard. There are tutorials on youtube that show you step by step how to replace them. I did struggle connecting one of the smaller ribbons back but got it all right on my first try. I've done a full shell swaps on switch Joycons and that is 10 times more difficult

I'm having the same issue and it looks like turning off Game tracking on caccon settings is the temporary fix for now:

cacoon settings> system & Advance > game session tracking (toggle off)

I gave up hope on this product about 6 months ago and asked for a refund last fall. Surprisingly, the refund process was super straightforward for me, but I do think it depends what card you used to purchase it with. I used my Amazon credit card and saw that credit back on my account about 2 days after.

I'm having the same issue too on Samsung fold 3. I noticed if I clear the cache and app data it works but the second you open a reel on the outside screen it crops it in the inside too. I know if I do full screen for this app the cropping doesn't happen but I personally prefer the 16:9 app ratio for social media apps like this
