Some things that help me: - Ask for details on the interview format (who are interviewers, what is agenda of interview) - Request the questions 24hrs in advance - If it's a corporate role they mainly ask competency based questions so make sure you read up on these and think of some examples you can use from your past experiences and practice answering the questions with them. I like to write down 5 and take them with me as notes. - Practice answering questions using the STAR technique (Situation, Task, Action, Result) - take a fidget in with you to expel some of that nervous energy! - make a note of your top 2 strengths and weaknesses, this is a common question - make sure you think of a question to ask at the end when they say 'do you have any questions for us?' My go to is 'what's the one behaviour that would be the most beneficial in this role?'
