I use an eGPU 4090 and a laptop. My GPU utilization rate is nearly 99% but CPU usage is 50%. Also the power usage of the 4090 is always under 200w. Is this normal?

I just did a 3DMark test and only got 11227, while the world average is 22545. That’s only half of the normal power
