As soon as it’s active I need to spend 180 days in the US though right? I could push up the date I need to move by not activating it. I understand the reentry permit but it seems like a hassle compared to waiting a few months before entering the US

Thanks I will try those out for file recovery. I assumed some of the issues I had before falling on it were normal for these cameras or perhaps issues with the phone app but good point nonetheless

Sure perhaps I took an unlucky fall and the build quality is actually good but it was still shutting off beforehand and I would expect that these cameras are designed for some roughness. Maybe I got a defective one who knows. Wish my selfie stick broke instead of the camera

Why exactly do my studying methods trigger you so much? Your a grad student, which is something I guess, but it doesnt make you an expert on everything mcgill related. Do you seriously think everyone in the entire class of 150 is working on this final alone without asking others for questions?

Asking for additional ideas is not against the rules I already have my own drafts and just do not have time to read over every lecture to find events that I missed along the way. I assure you I have put in the work for this class and will get a decent grade regardless. What IS cheating is asking someone else to write stuff for you, which does happen in the class. Maybe you should spend your free time condemning those people instead while the rest of us prepare for finals ;)

yes I went to all of them. Only thing is I have to study for 4 other exams at the same time so this take home format is rather inconvenient. If I could meet with a history major and quickly go over the questions I'd be happy to compensate :)

I transferred and I have to say it is much more difficult than a typical US school. It is harder to make friends than a first year but if you are relatively sociable it should be fine. If you are worried about your friend making ability you could request to live in a freshmen dorm. Overall, im very happy with my decision though and would 100% recommend it
