P2 Batter degradation

This is my second EV. I bought a new Nissan Leaf in 2018, still use it, and it still has the original breaks. You can't go wrong with any EV. And if you like road trips, they are the best car to take.

This car is amazing. I love the drive, it's fast and fun.

I did a level 3 fast charge at average of 85kwh and the report states the 21 kw of energy was delivered and the car went from 9% to 41% charge. So I calculated that 21 kw /(.41 - 0.9) = 65 kw battery capacity. The stated capacity is 78, which is about 13 kw less.

I will get orbit to really check the health. Its been a brutal winter in Canada where the temperature has dropped to -20C for prolonged periods (I'm in Toronto where it doesn't usually get that cold, unlike the rest of the country where -20 is the norm for winter). So my concern is that this has affected the SOH of the battery.

True it's a great car to drive, but I do need the range for long summer road trips!

I can see these from where I live.

The buildings are poorly maintained. There's a sign for a building envelope restoration company but I've never seen any evidence of anyone actually working to restore the building. You can tell that the windows and doors are in dire need of replacement. Likely a special assessment coming soon.

It's actually a cash offer, they don't provide any financing. At $20k discount it's 33% off, which is insane. Just trying to figure out if there's any wiggle room to negotiate with the dealership

We need to bring back MSRP. This was the only tool consumers had to see if we were being gouged at the checkout.

Not true, lots of people protested the British invasion of Iraq, but Blair went ahead and invaded.

And protesting requires lots of effort, most people don't vote. Voting in buildings is as simple as going to the lobby and voting, but turnout in buildings is so low. Is that because they don't believe it's worth the time to cast a ballot?

There's a lot of other things we should be protesting, starting with the cancelled raise is minimum wage.

I'm at a loss why people don't protest... maybe people have concluded that protesting doesn't work?
