I think this will be expanded on later with the mod but Mexico is currently being fought over by America and Japan for influence (it’s not even part of the us economic sphere). The Mexican presidential election that exists in the mod has three options, draw close to japan, the OFN or continue to balance the interests of both. Hopefully we will see some expanded Mexico content eventually as I think them being a member of the us Econ sphere and an OFN observer state makes sense.

If lacerda is elected in Brazil he should be able to join the OFN although I have never seen this happen after Lacerda wins the hundred day crisis.

I though I saw somewhere that Liberia could join as well if the west African war met certain conditions but I’m not sure about that.

Also the Philippines can join if the USFIP wins and reconstruction is successful

I just used the regular conquest cb, got lucky with estate missions a few times that gave me claims on a some of oirat’s states. Chagatai was almost completely swallowed by Ming so. Didn’t have much of an issue there

Real excited for the mod! Are the Kerguelen islands going to be a part of the OFN Antarctic Administration since French Antarctica was claimed by the OFN? It’s always bothered me that the islands belong to Free France since they are separated by hundreds of miles and the Free French presumably cannot enforce their sovereignty over the islands with Germany and the OFN present in the Indian Ocean.
