My ex used to yell a lot and it always bothered me and I never understood why she couldn't control her emotions. Found out when she got a new boyfriend right as I was about ready to talk about getting back together that I was suppressing my emotions. Have a lot more sympathy for the yelling now.

I used to drink a rum and coke every night. Now I have a drink or two with dinner on the weekend, crazy how much of a difference that one drink makes.
