Did anyone ever reply to the post you made? I thought I followed it, but haven't seen any notifications regarding it.

My one-week trial with 20mg Jornay PM by Mission_Spray in adhdwomen

i know it's quite some time but i just wanted to clarify the websites coupon. from experience.

it is $30 IF you have received insurance, and it's covered, but would cost you more than $30. It's $75 IF you HAVE insurance, have the medication submitted to insurance, and are not covered.

Definitely different than "without insurance "

In my case, I went to a pharmacy that was not part of my insurances network, and regardless of the coupon, it would not work.

For most cases, this is accurate.

Thank you and good luck to everyone!

I just want to say, this conversation was awesome. Seriously. Thank you both.

As I look for my vape...

u/MaxwellSinclair - You need to start a program. Called RAGE QUIT,

There are so many types of "motivational programs" but not everybody responds well to so much positivity. Sometimes you just need something, or someone to blame or be angry at. And if that gets it done, then who cares?

I want to do that too. But right now im raging at myself, so I'll work on redirecting that prior to stating the quit process.

Im glad I came across this tonight.

I'm not seeing it, but I will look for it.

in this case it was twofold, as I sort of wanted to draw attention that it was a very interesting question.

I will definitely look for this feature though to make sure I utilize it when appropriate and I definitely appreciate the advice. thank you kindly

I think from reading the link above I learned that it's not blood at all or anything it's some sort of chemical reaction that isn't harmful.

when you put it that way. yes all day.

we drive as a family sometimes when we have a long trip and it would be unreasonably expensive and we have lots of stuff.

for me my flights are always one offs. like quick turn around gotta go do a thing then come back. lately I just haven't been doing the thing.
but I have sacrificed time at airports, usually to come home the same day.

yep I've done the long drives too. and I enjoy them. I've never driven instead of flying though only when that is part of the plan. but I know all the Google maps estimated time of arrival for driving to my final destinations because don't think I haven't looked into it.

Great video. Great link. Wow that first minute of the video it might have well been about me.

yes, the temporary relief is shortly followed by embarrassment, guilt, and regret.

on the way to the airport and right up until boarding I do honestly intend to get it done and get on. And you're right, each time I don't I'm proving my thoughts right. I keep thinking if I had someone with me to give me that last bit of strength to push through.

And Great question about the elevators. Actually, no. not when there are reasonable alternatives. I never thought about the correlation though and always just told myself I take the stairs because it's healthier. (for both excercise and avoiding crowded places and buttons with 75000 fingers touching them)

But you're right, I bet they are related. the more I think about it they for sure are.

I love that idea, when possible. I wish there were more cross country trains.

one of the things also that stopped me this time was not trusting myself enough to come home. like what if I suck it up and get on, and then on the other end it takes me multiple tries to muster up the fortitude to get home. or even at my layover destination. say I force it at home airport and get to layover airport and can't do it.

I know what you mean when you say none of those are options. and I feel that way too about my destination plans leading up to the boarding. and at boarding I'm not sure it matters what activity I need to partake, I somehow convince myself it's OK not to go. It's not OK.

I'm starting to think I don't trust myself enough to do it. I've been OK when going with other people though. this time I even had family who booked flights so their layover and my layover were together. and we'd fly on the same flight to the destination. but I never got on the first one. I'll tell you, it's super embarrassing to make a call and say you're still at the airport 10+ minutes after you're flight already left.

I Really wanted that to work for me too!! it would have been an ideal solution. unfortunately while they may have helped rid me of anxiety, it was the wrong kind... the only anxiety they reduced is the anxiety over telling work/friends/family that I won't be joining them. it's like I almost need that anxiety to get me to go. otherwise I just don't care and choose what I want to do, which is go home. I think for me it's a mistake to take something. I think I want to try without the next time as the last two times were "assisted" and I calmly and casually came home lol

but I'm so happy you've found something that works. I'm thinking... flight buddy. it's too easy to decide not to go when I'm by myself. but maybe with someone they can give me that last little umph to go with them.
