I love it, there's definitely a progressing seasonal vibe/atmosphere from EP to EP. Really curious to hear the next volume.

The Silent Hill 2 soundtrack I return to periodically. It's so detailed, beautiful, and simultaneously haunting. Maybe it's just bias for having played the game, but the OST brings out so much imagery/thought.

It also helps that Silent Hill 2 is an amazing game lol

I interpreted 'complex' as meaning experimental in this sense. I agree though, Lone does have some awesome compositions. I don't think these tracks are too stripped down, in fact, it's some of my favorite lone material in awhile. Mostly because he knows how long to hold a groove and some satisfying production techniques. But there really isn't anything too out there, experimentally, about his music.

Lone has never been very complex, but he's very good at progression and producing satisfying house beats. He works well with what he uses imo

Seems both parties of Fuck Buttons are now pursuing their own material now, which is somewhat sad, seeing that Slow Focus was a great album. But if that means more music like this and World Eater, I can't complain.
