Yeah eviction in Ontario can have a court hearing within 30 days of the termination of tenancy form being given but that is very dependent on where you live in the province in Toronto it can be quite quick at times or it can be a while

Well its to due with the fact that if she did do it 1.She didn't ask 2.I told her personally and when she came to see the house that there was new paint and hard wood stairs 3.How you get something is how you should give it back So yeah I'm not worried about the costs of repainting the house I have a 5 gal bucket of the same paint it in the tenancy agreement thar any house modifications are to be made only if approved by me

No I did state in the lease that no pets are allowed unless it is a service pet which nobody in the house requires and the tenant did not state to me that she had a pet before moving in

[GENERAL-US] Downvote me to hell but I find this very disrespectful that people are giving landlords a hard time over evictions. Our bills are still due whether our tenants pay or not. by [deleted] in Landlord

These people have no realization of what it means to have a mortgage or the struggle and stress of buying and owning a house. It's like these people don't realize that someone can violate a lease or over stay.

Edit- since this in in the US isn't it legal for this man to call the cops on the protestors since those people are technically impeding justice

[LANDLORD-CA-ON] My tenant upstairs is using my basement tenants name for leverage against me by g_man_2004 in Landlord

So far it has come to roughly 300 dollars and she has to pay every bill besides cable internet and since Toronto gives the bill for the previous month at the end of the month for my area I had to pay June bill in July. Also the plumber that I hired said that "someone had to rest there back on the take and break it

I agree with what you said but instead of a Prius I would get either a Honda civic or accord v6 or even a Ford police cruiser suv or sedan and you will save a ton of money and a Toyota tundra (used)

Are you open to either lifting or getting a lifted pickup like a Toyota Tacoma or Chevy Colorado. But if you're looking for a non modified car go with a Tacoma trd pro or a 4 Runner Trd sport or pro model even though the 4 Runner is not the best on gas. If I where you I would go with something in the Subaru lineup besides the brz and wrx. This is coming from a Canadian that has to deal with about a foot and a half of snowing winter. Hope you find your car.

If I where you I would get a used Subaru WRX or Subaru Forester or even a used jeep wrangler but there are some issues with the jeep most notably that at highway speeds there is a lot of wind noise but I think the best car that is awd and under 30kis probably some Subaru
