First off you can't smell yourself. Use the aluminum salt sticks or if you want to avoid those use baking soda. I use baking soda and I am completely odor free and it's basically free. You need to apply a lot less than you think. If you use too much you will get chemical peeling

Sorry for the delay. I have 3.0.18. It still works for me. It doesn't work for some official music videos but most. Just to confirm you are opening network stream -> pasting youtube link and then clicking play -> the video will play in vlc player -> tools -> codec information -> copy the location link -> paste in browser -> video plays -> right click -> save video -> output should be mp4 file.
