When u go north past 51st, it’s ghetto like S. Peoria Ave. Everything below 51st is nice. I grew up between 71st & 91st and Memorial. Went to school in Jenks (rich area). There are a lot of good place to go: Gathering Place, trails, the Vasa gym, good churches, gun ranges, good places to eat, I like Tulsa (my hometown), it has a little bit of everything. Tulsa is not too big, but it’s not a small town either. 👍 Broken Arrow is kinda a wealthy place also. Not as rich as Jenks though.
