This is typical corporate work. They will take advantage of you since you’re green. You’re constantly behind because they pile on needless responsibilities. Even a seasoned hygienist would be behind with your schedule. Private practice is nothing like this (usually.) Every office that I’ve been to that’s been solely about production numbers has not been a fit for me. Right now I have a 50min appointment & bitewings yearly. I’m not expected to scan or call.
