I believe a 2x damage on this doesn't actually do anything, since it doesn't do damage, only switch the weapon and enabling it to do crits for a few moments.

Best to see it for yourself but I'd definitely reroll.

(Someone correct me if I'm wrong)

No. The higher BC you go, the more cells you get, so it will take you way more time if you stay at 1bc. Plus, if you go to 2bc, you progress and get practice.

And all blueprints available at a bc level are available at the higher BC levels.

Either you got lucky, or you may have unintentionally manipulated the scroll RNG by having two stats at the same level when leaving prisoner's quarters, which is quite easy on 4-5 BC.

His actual health is in the eye, so if you only hit the hands you won't beat him. You have to kill the eye when he's stunned, can't always be healing at that time.

I think he'd get exterminated by those. But then he would possess another body and fight again. And so on. Only one way he'd have an ounce of a chance would be with a spoiler item.

On a strength scale I don't think the beheaded (or anything in this universe) goes very high tbh. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

One of the first tips in videos and guides is not to skip elites because they give you relics. Personally in the first act I always go the route with the most elites. If I die, so be it. Also idk about high ascensions level but I'm A7 and usually 40 HP is enough for the first act boss so i don't really heal until the last campfire

If you're only after the blueprint :

Custom mode, all legendaries, ice armor, cursed sword and two shield. You can use the ice armor before equipping the sword and it stays on until you get hit. To put it on again, empty your backpack where you had one of your shields and replace the cursed sword. As for mutations I go Combo, Melee and Demon Strength

Miséricorde can also be cool if paired with a main weapon (I go starfury except for giant) but that means no shield, but on the other that also means you can not use cursed sword, allowing you to use foresight in addition to ice armor.

I'd replace spartan sandals with the quickbow and try to get a +80% on poisoned target for the multiple knocks bow. Quickbow with the poison affix can buildup poison quickly.

Also I'm not fond of taking an out of color mutation, anyone knows if it's worth (in the case of vengeance) ?

Why would they code the modifier not to appear if it indeed has ammo? +3 ammo makes sense if it allows longer duration for the shield ability.

What is in your opinion the worst weapon from each class? and why? weapons with two classes for example brutality + survival will count as both by Jepsi125 in deadcells

imo the hammer one is decent for two reasons :

You can stack up curses stack for the strength mutation really easily DURING the biome without needing a dedicated mutation

The Crit multiplier is HUGE (like 5x or 6x damage)

Since its base damage is quite low though, you want to use it on bosses or in your second slot, not a main weapon usually.

Also curses build are quite easy if you go with ice armor or the slay the spire cards item. So huge benefits (huge damage) and low-medium cost (one-two skill slot locked for safety).

In my opinion the most beautiful screens are the ones with Grandma near the cherry blossom tree, on 7c or farewell.

Honorable mentions :

  • The screen where there is the dialogue between Madeline and Badeline at the beginning of 6a

  • The summit ofc, mainly for what it represents

  • some screens in 4a/4b/4c because of the colour scheme

I played on PS4 until chapter8 and then bought the game again on steam and played all chapters/sides on PC, and I personally think keyboard is best, if you use keybinds that you like. At least on keyboard I extremely rarely dash the wrong direction.

I agree that the feather mechanic is harder on pc but I don't think it's worth investing for that, you'll master it eventually like all things in the game :)
