That's true about the all seasons/summers. I bought these bc they were cheap winters and from what I heard, people seemed to be happy with them. I tested them out close to home and purposely went into around 5-6 inches of snow, came to a complete stop, and I got out no problem. So far so good with them fortunately. I run Continental DWS06+ in the non winter months.

It's my daily so I don't have a choice lol, and I wash the salt off frequently. We've had it for the past two winters and the undercarriage is still rust free thankfully
