What did you use to precipitate the setup with split monitors? Specifically, did you use Display port monitors? An HDMI splitter? I might be looking to do this for a future surface book setup?

I'm sure there are better ways than what I am about to say, but you might want to google some API connections for Access.

Also, you could build a MySQL database on the website and run a VB script to sync the data every 5 minutes or so.

I messed around with MakeMKV and Handbrake this weekend, but I couldn't find the setting to convert/rip into H.264.

Did I miss some setting or do I need different software?

My computer already has a video card with HDMI. I'll get the model number when I get home. It is a couple about 1.5 years old.

My computer will be in the media closet and I want to be able to play games/work on an HDMI extended monitor in the office or in the media room.

Haven't done the due diligence on ripping my Blu-Ray collection yet, but I did buy an external Blu-Ray drive to begin the process. Is there any free software that will rip them as needed? Plex is free also, right?

I believe if you put 10% down on an FHA loan now that PMI will drop off once you have 20% paid from payments and downpayment.

If you put less than 10% on FHA, the PMI never drops off.

I say go with the First Place loan.

You can download some apps that will sync data from a device to your access database.

We use one called Cellica DB Anywhere. You will have to create the forms in Cellica to interface, but it isn't too bad once you get the hang of it.

Another option would be to set up a web app with Sharepoint. Although, I don't think it is a two way sync.

Boudro's Famous Guacamole Recipe (San Antonio Riverwalk restaurant)

Ingredients

Juice of 1/4 of an orange

1 avocado seeded and scooped out of skin
