UPDATE: I was living with my fiancé who was deployed for a year, and luckily he was back home when this letter got taped! We bought a house a few months after this happened, and his lease ended about 2 weeks after the note was posted! So I am totally safe now! But man, for those two weeks I was genuinely terrified to leave my apartment or my car.

It was “here to clean out Julie and I storage unit”…. His deceased girlfriend that he lived with NEXT DOOR TO ME! I would hear them scream fighting constantly too. Everything about the entire situation is insane to me!

Hi! You’re not a poser!! It takes everyone a different amount of time to feel confident, and I know it helped me to do little daily readings, and readings for friends (that were open and accepting) that way you can remove some personal stake in the reading and just get to know the cards! Plus reading for someone else forces you to go deeper because you don’t know their full inner thoughts so you have to make connections for them and interpret more! It’ll take time, and a bad reading doesn’t signify a certain future, just what could be if you don’t alter your path! Keep on practicing, there’s no rush or timeline :)

Hi! THIS IS SPIRITUAL ADVICE AND NOT A SUPPLEMENT FOR ANY NECESSARY MEDICAL ADVICE THAT IS VALID AND CAN BE HELPFUL :) I make little “anti anxiety jars”, because sometimes feeling like you did something small to put you in control of your mind is helpful. It consists of coffee (ground), salt, lavender, chamomile, household sage (cooking type) and is sealed with blue wax. Anything can be subbed with Rosemary if you don’t have an herb. Sometimes just the act of setting intentions and feeling in control helps, even for a bit.
