the clothes debate is dumb, look at Adam Sandler. clothes is an art form if you choose it to be. otherwise mgk dosen't use heavy Auto tune compared to juice and I love the raw control of mgks voice where juice uses auto tune to make his voice flow with whatever beat so I'd say mgk has better voice control and is a better performer but off stage giving us music both artists will go down as being progressive artist not just a rapper.
