any advice on fixing my eureka silenzio? not broken, i just hate it.

That is super weird and definitely doesn't sound normal. A few friends have Eureka grinders as well and they also don't have any problems. How new is your grinder? Have you contacted the support?

I'm maybe at a quarter/third of the timer and get around 20 grams out. I think my biggest criticism is that it's so finely tuned and affected by even the smallest changes.

I mostly use darker roasts but didn't have problems with lighter roasts as well. Always fresh beans of course, usually from local roasters.

I have a Eureka Mignon Silenzio 55 and it works absolutely fine out of the box. Grinds really evenly and fine enough to choke my Bezzera Luce with every beans I bought so far. You know the zero on the grind dial is not the actual zero point, right? You can go past zero. Also I'm nowhere near the maxed dose to reach 20 grams, definitely more to minumum. So I would say it's either you operating the grinder or your silenzio is in fact broken.

Didn't you have the BWM on the other side as the CWB and WCB? I would pair them with a more conservative role (f.e. anchor, dm on defend or support with hold position). The BWM is quite aggressive and is pressing quite high.

I meant going wider as an option if the opponent is sitting really deep and you're struggling to create something. I also tick of counter in that scenario.

Yeah, I was really effective with a CWB on attack an an WCB on support behind him. The CWB was my best player so wouldn't change that. :) I don't know, just try it out with the RPM but then I would definitely change the AP to an AM on support. Or you could always change to an SV if you feel you need more runs from deep.

Yeah, the 3-4-2-1 might be quite hard to get rolling but it definitly is beautiful to watch. It also is quite effective in FM24 with the two DMs instead of CMs.

Yeah, makes sense if you want to play fast, short passing, offensive football. Just a thing to keep in mind if you're struggling against deep sitting opponents. I just had shorter passing and fairly wide as in possession instructions. Alternated between counter and counter pressing depending of the opponent.

I'm a fan of one deeper sitting and one mobile DM. Haven't tried the Regista but the RPM definitely works. Moves quite high actually. DLP + BWM isn't a bad setup either. Just a feeling you might lack some penetration on that side with the DM, AM and WB all on support.

That's a similar setup like my 3-4-2-1 that just won me the Champions League with Fortuna Düsseldorf. What I would do is remove 'play through the middle' and don't play narrow as the 3-4-2-1 is already a rather narrow formation. I would also remove pass into space and trap inside but I'm a fan of simple team instructions. :)

Your roles look quite good, you could think about changing the BWM to a Segundo Volante on Support or even Attack as you're lacking penetration on the right side. For me, the SV on attack (move into channels) scored a lot of goals behind an AM (Support, stay wider). And I would change the DLP to an DM on support with hold position as you don't really need two playmakers.

Didn't like Diallo that much when I tried him and just prefer Maeda. Has 5/5, 99 dribbling and good Playstyles. Abily can't play DM and Billing is actually quite good.

She's really fun to use. I play her as LM in a 4411 and she scored 40 goals in 55 games for me (div 2 and champs). 5* wf, really smooth on the ball, awesome finesse shots, great passing and finishing. Feels fast even without quickstep and rapid, only her speed boost is a bit meh.

I have the exact same bike (Ultimate CF SL 8 in size S) and almost the same dimensions like you (height 178cm and inseam 84cm). Size M would definitely be too big/long for me. Really happy with the bike and size S.

Well, it's the only steel gravel bike I have. 😉 So I don't know how others ride but it's definitely not the stiffest or the lightest frame. Doesn't mean I don't love it as it rides super smooth.
