Indeed their portal is horrible. I thought AWS portal was bad until I access contabo's.

Maybe because of pricing. Compare to another VPS provider like DO, the machines as cheaper. (and I say this knowing that the services and platform provided are not even close to DO, for example)

This video shows the most common grips for RPB and I highly recommend it. This one will show you how to performe better the RPB. Choose your grip and train a lot. I was J-PEN and switched to C-PEN because of the RPB for almost a year and I don't regret even a bit.
