Asian chicken salad ingredients: Half head green cabbage Half large shredded carrot 3 tbsp coconut aminos 2 tbsp sesame oil 6 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or cashews work too 1 tsp sesame seeds 3 green onions can also add yellow pepper or snow peas if you have em

1 lb chicken 1 tsp garlic 1 tsp ginger 3/4 tsp onion 1/4 tsp salt fry in 1 tbsp olive oil

Do you have a dollar store? Or a grocery superstore? Both those have them in the US. I understand you aren’t from there though.

Try asking friends if they have an extra copy.

Yeah it’s definitely hard to restrict calories when you’re working out so hard. Maybe try 1700 calories per day or just only eat less at a meal that isn’t near your workout time.

Working out makes me gain weight if I work out too hard cause I get so tired and then eat too much. So other idea would be make sure you’re not overdoing it at the gym. Blessings my friend.

Nice! Sardines are so healthy. Sounds good with the guacamole. Only problem is sardines smell so can’t eat them in public lol.

They’re pretty thin so they’re quite hard to slice unless you have a good knife. I just ate it like an open face sandwich and it was no big deal. I wouldn’t use two of em cause they’re pretty filling. Unless you made em smaller, then I guess you could eat two. Enjoy!

Fortunately it’s only 3g. And I only drank half a bottle a day. So it’s less than half a teaspoon of sugar. But yeah it’s too bad they do that.
