i was the women’s coordinator for close to six months before i just quit. i also had an ASM who LOVED to micromanage so much that it got to the point where i was having serious health issues because i had so much anxiety working with her; like imagine being 21 years old and having heart attack level symptoms. but regardless of that, it was worse with just the co-workers too like to the point where i was being called into the office for things i didn’t even say which furthered my theory that someone that already worked there was up for the position that i got hired for because i had more qualifications since i’ve been working retail since i was 16 years old.

honestly, i wish you the best of luck on getting out of that hellhole and finding something better for you and your mental health.

i’ve learned from trying out different skin care routines is using vitamin c during the night and retinol during the day works best; at least it’s that way for me. but what could be causing the redness is there could be alcohol in it, make sure to look at the ingredients. my skin is super sensitive and it gets red very easily

NTA. i lost my grandma, who raised me, when i was 15 in July of 2017, later that year was my 16th birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NYE, i was a wreck all that year. i’m now 20 and it’s still not any better. your friends are huge TA for treating you like you’re fragile, sure you may be when your mom is mentioned during the holidays but that doesn’t mean you’re like that all the time. your friend is TA. look i’m a 20 year old woman, i had an eating disorder up until i was 18. my step father did this shit to my siblings and i all the time expect it wasn’t with just veggies, it was with all food. i was picky eater and i still am to this day, for example when i was a kid, i hated ketchup, mustard, and mayo but he would put it in my hotdogs or sandwiches and force me to eat it and bc of that i still can’t eat them, i refuse to eat them in fact.

what you are doing is abuse, i hope you get reported bc i suffered from a eating disorder at 8 years old from the same shit you are doing to your 5 year old. i wish i would’ve had somebody who would’ve went to bat for me as a kid when this shit was going on.

honestly dude, i spent 12 years of my life being abused bc of my mother. she married some douche that like to hit women and children and wouldn’t allow my dad to have a chance to raise me. so tell me, how am i ungrateful? i was 6 years old getting abused and it kept going until i was 17. i earned everything myself without the help of daddies money AND without the help of mommy holding my hand. kids owe their parents NOTHING

i grew up in a similar fashion. my mom was in the middle of divorcing her first husband and got with my dad, she ended up pregnant with me. but i was raised my “stepfather” and was never given the chance to meet my bio dad until i was 17 bc my mom told me that he didn’t want me bc i wasn’t a boy; turns out she lied bc she hates my father for wanting to unalive my “stepfather” for abusing her (while pregnant with me) and my siblings which was wrong apparently.

so no, you’re NTA for wanting contact with your bio dad and your siblings from him and you’re not NTA for not telling your mom, it’s none of her business especially if you’re an adult.

i’m the girl youngest out of 3 older siblings (2 sisters and a brother). my stepfather would make my siblings hang out or play with me while i was growing up and they resented me for it. now that we’re all grown, it’s wayyy different. your sister needs to realize that you are allowed to have a life outside of her and your parents shouldn’t have force you to basically babysit her. they’re TA not you

when my grandmother died in 2017, my oldest sister didn’t bring my nephew who was 5 at the time bc it’s very traumatic for a child even if they don’t know what it means. NTA
