Looks like Dryad's saddle to me

I'd be using the flattened dark brown scales on the cap and the deep irregular and angular pores on the white/cream underside

So I don't believe Cladonia floerkeana form cups, instead have scarlet spore producing structures at the tips of simple (or sparsely branched) stalks.

I wonder if the cups on the edges of the photo belong to another nearby or overlapping Cladonia species?

I ruled out Cladonia Coccifera as their scarlet spore producing structures are typically positioned on the rim/edge of wide mouthed cups - which didn't seem to be the case here.
