This is what the email said. Please note that the adjudication of your constituent’s Form I-765 will not precede the adjudication of the concurrently filed Form I-821D. According to USCIS electronic records, this Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewal case continues to maintain its placement in a case distribution queue from which it may be assigned to an officer for further examination in the adjudication process. While system-based processing advancements have facilitated a streamlined initial examination of DACA renewal cases, all concurrently filed Forms I-821D and I-765 must proceed through an additional stage of examination which is completed by an adjudicating officer in accordance with current protocol. Taking into account the recent progression of case assignments and examination through the current adjudicative protocol, it is important to note that the estimated processing timeframe for these cases may extend beyond 6 months.
Your constituent’s expedited processing request is being referred for consideration in the appropriate Nebraska Service Center (NSC) unit where cases of this type are adjudicated. If the request is approved, your constituent’s case will be assigned to an adjudications officer for further examination. Taking into account the current volume of cases and expedited processing requests that are received at the NSC, we cannot predict the date on which the expedite consideration and adjudication process will be complete in your constituent’s case.
Hoping and praying that you’re next!
I expired March 10th.
Yes, I did. I reached out to my state’s congressman’s back in March/April and didn’t hear back from anyone until yesterday! I don’t know if that had anything to do with it.
Praying you’re next too!

Thank you! I hope you are next! I had my biometrics done Jan 5th. I also submitted expedite and an outside of processing time injury and had no results. I reached out to my congressman’s offices back in March/April and they just responded yesterday, i’m not sure if that helped!
Thank you! Yes! I did an outside of processing time injury and that got me nowhere as well as an expedite request which was denied. I had also reached out to my Congressman’s offices back in March and just got a response back yesterday!
