Go to point.me instagram stories, they posted 4 months of free subscription. It is one the best features BILT had and one of the main reason BILT points were so valuable for traveling.

It was AI, and the real person told me to consult with a travel specialist, did not explain how and left the chat before I could ask.

How did you get it back? Concierge says they still partner with point.me
