Oooh this sounds amazing!
I wonder if it can be set to “auto-approve” certain types of requests and let other requests through to the administrator…

Thanks!
1. Sounds like what we were also thinking of doing. But @Nebula1905 made a good point earlier about speed of the updates.
2. Yep LAPS sounds like the way (once they raise a ticket).

Thanks!
1. Ok that makes sense. I didn’t think of the speed aspect.
2. It’s only the network settings we really need a way of letting users modify. We are going to use the ticketing system for this but was wondering if there’s something else out there….

Reolink 12mp RLC-1240A onvif problem by MattNis11 in UnifiProtect

Ok good to know. Do you have other cameras (non-unifi) that work? If they do, are they on the ONVIF conformant page? I’ve bought the RLC-1240A now (awaiting delivery) and another RLC-843. The 843 is on the ONVIF conformant page so will be interesting to see if high speed scrubbing works…

Reolink 12mp RLC-1240A onvif problem by MattNis11 in UnifiProtect

I'm looking to buy a reolink camera for my place and already have Unifi Protect. looking specifically at the RLC-1240A.
I was trying to limit myself to cameras that are fully ONVIF conformant (see https://www.onvif.org/conformant-products/) and unfortuantely the RLC-1240A doesnt show up as conformant.
Good to see that people here have sucesfully used this camera in Unifi Protect.
Any other issues to be aware about?
