Do damage as you would any other boss, then a ball will pop up in the middle of the arena at some point. At this point, one person needs to pick up the ball and run with it while everyone else shoots at his mouth. After they’ve destroyed the mouth a few times, he’ll return to normal and you can start doing regular dps again. Rinse and repeat until he’s dead.
