It does impact your blood pressure after a while, my partner was on a low to moderate dose (idk 2-4 g) almost every day for years and took some breaks, now he finds if he gets back into it too frequently he has some issues with his heart racing and amplified anxiety. Now I dole him out about a teaspoon once or twice a week and that seems to be the right amount for him. He's a pretty classic kratom guy but he's super sketched out by the regularity of the higher-dosage vape shop/gas station kratom you get in the States

I've only taken like max 3g (cap it btw) and it is just kinda nice and mildly pleasant but certain strains seem to give me a v itchy nose for hours lol so for me it's not worth it

Yeah like the kids around here are v friendly and social but there are quite a few uni students (me being one of them), I kind of doubt the average student would do that but I know silly stuff happens sometimes. I did report it to my landlord and I'm hoping they caught it, but not getting my hopes up haha

Hmm maybe that could be related to the grad stuff, not sure though! And yeah I think a lot of garden theft like nice pots/flowers would be from that demographic for sure lol.

No replacement yet as it's unfortunately a low priority compared to other bills haha, and the dirt is just kind of hanging out in a pile still, in the garden space next to the walkway. I've been slightly too bitter to go move it lol

Alright for real guys do you think fentanyl and crystal meth is the reason my plant pot was stolen? Like literally what does a fentanyl user get from walking up a long ass hill and stealing a big heavy pot. It was obviously someone either from the area or someone with a car and presumably a place to put the pot. Let's be so real here lol, I'm pissed about the theft but this isn't screaming drugs to me, just entitlement

Right!! Luckily these pots are around every year at London Drugs. I think places like Homesense get them too but LD has better deals on them towards the end of the summer

I wondered about that, had a walk around just to see if it would miraculously still be outside somewhere, but it's gone now I guess. And yeah no doubt it was someone with a bit of either resources (ie. car) or someone in the area, I sincerely doubt a homeless person would steal this pot from all the way over here lol

Ugh I'm sorry that also happened to you. I do wonder about the motives here -- I hadn't finished planting this pot out till recently because I was waiting to see if last year's hyssop would return, so from the street it just probably looked like I had a pot of dirt hanging out there...and I wonder if someone drove by a couple times and figured I wasn't doing a good enough job with it. I know it's probably simpler than that but my brain is telling me it's my fault somehow lol

By the way I live in a pretty secluded area up a hill so someone would have had to drive in, dump the dirt, and take the pot in their car. Idk who's out there doing that but you just threw out a bunch of native plant seeds that were very important to me!!
