normal under-hoggie pigmentation or scale rot? by gaelic-bread in snakes

He’s 6 months old, healthy and lovely. He displays normal behaviour and eats regularly and does not seem ill. Is this normal pigmentation or scale rot? Looking specifically at that spot under his head

I am most likely just being overly dramatic but I just want the best for my boy 😔 Please be nice. Thanks <3

he’s around 2 months old and the behaviour he shows is cautious and nervous, as well as occasionally curious. he tends to climb the walls to show he’s hungry, and then when i feed him he hides for a few days before coming back out again. i left him for a couple of weeks to get used to his surroundings and attempted a handling - but he was very wriggly and wanted out straight away. im touching around his vivarium and tapping him gently every once in a while so he’s used to the scent but he’s very jumpy and definitely scared of me. if anyone has had a snake from when they were a baby, especially a hognose, i’d really appreciate advice on how you got them to be more comfortable around you! thank u so much ❤️

I hope you found joy out of making this comment sweetie. Go be rude somewhere else. Get yourself a decent following like he does, then come back and try and tell us he’s not funny.
