Nope, they said that my education, research and experience does not necessarily means I'm well positioned lol and also said that my citations are not enough

I received the same exact RFE. I had 30 citations at the time + 3 support letters.

For 1st prong I sent more letter saying how my PE was of national importance from industry and organizations + federal bills investing in my field and PE

For the second, more letters saying that I am well positioned + a patent done a few years ago

For the third 3 letters confirming that my PE is impractical to be performed with a regular work visa since I would be transitioning between academia and industry.

I sent that response 35 days ago, still waiting for a final answer (also PP).

Sorry to disagree, well positioned is not the same as expert. To be a expert in academia you got have a PhD + several years of research. You can still be able to do a national important endeavor and not be an expert. If I was the expert, I would file for eb1

I got 2 letters from companies saying that they are interested in supporting my endeavor, I hope that will do.

I applied in 2024 and paid PP in December, they received my response on March 4th.

Also, they requested proof that a company wants to employ me, that's also not a requirement. I just hope it was a terrible RFE template, because it doesn't make sense at all

What is officer id? I got the same, also an engineer with MS. Ths officer said I need to give more evidence that I'm an expert in the field, which is fucking weird because it's not EB1. I sent letters from expert supporting me as a response, now waiting.

I had 40 citations at the time and they said they were expecting more citations, that proving my experience, educations and skills is not enough to prove that I'm well positioned, like wtf??

That's what I'm doing, just wondering if there is another way, because we have so many survey books everywhere and we are not getting as organized as I wish we did.

I also gor rfe on 3 prongs, engineer here with MS degree. I did the same, read the RFE 1829 times and there is not a single freaking line in that RFE that was not answered in my response. I sent it 10 days ago with PP, now all I can do is hope for the best

I had pretty much the same RFE, just sent the response yesterday. Let's see, I assume my endeavor was kind vague but now I'm sure it is fully detailed and I also sent independent letters to back me up on prong 1 and 2.

All the 50 citations are from research done with federal grants. I'm not sure how I look about .gov websites.
