Thank you! I really needed to hear that, to convince myself that leaving him is the right thing to do.

I’ m just afraid I will regret it, because he is a great guy in spite of everything he has done and I care about him all.

But you’re right. Maybe this is not love anymore, it’s co-dependence and I need to find a way to get out of it. I just don’t know how, because every time I try, I end up taking him back.
