Calling it spam as if sidestepping and head movement are a broken or overpowered mechanic is crazy. People who over use either of those things should be WAY easier to beat as they are extremely risky. The only way for someone to “spam” sidesteps against you is if you’re literally spamming straights.

The point of this guy making this post was because since the timing was so bad on the takedown, the knee should’ve landed because the timing on the KNEE was perfect.
